• How easy it is for us to enter and move the tools into the working area

• E.g. Gates, Stairs, Hills

• The amount of garden items that we will have to work around

• E.g. Garden Furniture, Kids Play Equipment, Ornaments

Length ​

• Gutter Cleaning is measured by strides walking around the house and the height of them​

Incline 

• This means the incline of the work area

Size

• Our Grass Cuts are determined by the size in meters squared

• For Hedge & Shrub cutting we have no numeric measurement but go off general size 

• Pressure Washing is measured in meters squared​

• When it comes to laying Gravel & Bark the size determines the cost of material not our labour cost and it is measured in meters squared

• Our Weed Maintenance is also measured by general size

• Tree surgery will depend on the height of cutting and the amount needed to take off​

General State

• Garden Tidy Ups are done by the size and the general state (E.g. Amount of thorns, Unwanted items that may be in the work space such as; bricks, stones, broken ornaments)​

• Gutter Cleaning is determined also by the amount of dirt build up in the gutters

• When Pressure Washing we use the amount of dirt on the surface to determine price ​

• Gravel & Bark Laying will be effected by the amount of dirt or foliage needed to be removed 

• Garden Waste Removal is done by the amount and what you are getting rid of

• Fence Painting & Weather Protection will be measured by the cleanliness of the fence (E.g. Dirt or moss on the fence)
